Stacking the Shelves: Espionage, Mythology, and Princesses

Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's a great way to show other people the books that you've bought or received for the past week!

Library:
~The Ask and the Answer-Patrick Ness: This is the second book to The Knife of Never Letting Go, I can't wait!
~Monsters of Men-Patrick Ness: The third and final Chaos Walking book. I didn't want to have to wait for this book once I finished The Ask and the Answer
~Bloodlines-Richelle Mead: I want to find out what happens with Adrian.

 Gifted:
~Etiquette & Espionage-Gail Carriger: This was in my Easter basket! Yes, I do still get those.

 Bought (Used)
~Pretties-Scott Westerfeld: I haven't actually finished Uglies but I want to make sure I get a matching set.
~Mythology-Edith Hamilton: It isn't YA. It's just everything you could ever want to know about mythology, and I want to know it all.
~A Great and Terrible Beauty-Libba Bray: I was recommended this book by a friend who loved the series.
~What I Saw and How I Lied- Judy Blundell: This was an impulse buy. It looked nice.
~Lola and The Boy Next Door-Stephanie Perkins: I loved Anna and the French Kiss, so I hope to love this one too!

Bought (New):
~Gone-Micheal Grant: Another impulse buy. It was only $4!
~Clockwork Princess-Cassandra Clare: Do I really have to explain why I got this one? I started to read it the minute I got it and finished it in two days! SO GOOD!

Have you read any of these? What did you think?

  1. Bloodlines! AH. Don't be too disappointed if you don't enjoy this series right away, the next two books are MUCH better than the first! And LOLA. I hope you enjoy it. (:

  2. More Chaos Walking books! Lucky duck, you get books on Easter? That one looks awesome! We all know who went to Target. ;D I really want to read a Libba Bray book! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on A Great and Terrible Beauty, not to mention I need to read something from Perkins too. So behind. DX
